Bolay Winter Park Grand Opening

Bolay, the latest restaurant concept to make a splash into the fast casual dining scene, will be celebrating the grand opening of its Winter Park location on February 15th, 2019. Created by Chris Gannon and his father, Tim Gannon, co-founder of Outback Steakhouse, the restaurant with its "so fresh, so bold" motto invites food lovers of all ages to build and customize their own nutrient rich bowls packed with super foods and savory proteins. Opening day will have a full schedule of activities and giveaways, including a Pineapple Scavenger Hunt around town, Bolay Swag and $50 gift cards to the first 50 guests who purchase a bowl!
