Keynote Topic: The Henderson Hotel Project

Adam Wonus, who has proposed building the Henderson Hotel on 17-92 near Hillstone, began his career as an underwriter with Central Florida-based Mercantile Commercial Capital. During that time, he experienced working with small to mid-sized business owners all over the country. Specializing in franchise finance, Wonus has worked with a number of national brands.

In late 2014, Wonus purchased Atrium Management Company, a 13-year-old Central Florida based Property Management Company. Atrium specializes in managing commercial, residential and multi-family properties. The company currently manages just under 2 million square feet in Central Florida.
