Lou Ann oversees the management, governance, fiduciary, development, and operation of the children?s charity which includes three Ronald McDonald Houses in Orlando and two RMHCCF Family Gathering Rooms located within local pediatric hospitals.
 
Lou Ann was a member of the RMHCCF Founding Board. She was named the first Executive Director of the organization. She has helped lead the charity in its growth over the past 20 years. RMHCCF is one of the largest chapters in the country.

Lou Ann is a former advertising, marketing and public relations executive. Her career started in Detroit, brought her to Miami, and eventually to Orlando. She is a native of Michigan and a graduate of Western Michigan University. She has been in the Orlando area since 1982. She is married with two sons and lives in Lake Mary.
