Originally from Minnesota, Thor Falk came to Winter Park in 1978 as a freshman at Rollins College. Graduating in 1982, his first job was working as a manager at the East India Ice Cream Company – a place many in Winter Park remember fondly! He obtained his MBA from the University of Central Florida where he began a career in Marketing Research. After many years in the industry, he opened his own firm Falk Research Associates, Inc. While most of his clients have been out of state, his local clients have included Anson-Stoner Advertising, Prismatic, J. Robinson Group, Valencia College, Santa Fe College, UCF, The Orlando Economic Partnership, Orlando Health and AdventHealth.
