More About Justin Birmele

Justin Birmele is the Chief Executive Officer at AdventHealth Winter Park.  He has worked in healthcare for over 20 years, with the majority of those being at AdventHealth in both clinical and operational areas.  Justin previously served as Vice President and COO for AdventHealth Winter Park, where he was responsible for leading hospital operations as well as ancillary and support service departments.  He continues to oversee renovation and construction projects for the hospital and its entities. Under Justin’s leadership, he has helped to build a 140-bed, 5-story patient pavilion, 60-bed inpatient rehab hospital, 24-bed freestanding emergency room in Oviedo, the state-of-the-art Center for Health and Wellbeing and a brand new 26,000-square-foot Winter Park Emergency Room. He is honored to have recently been recognized by Winter Park Magazine as one of Winter Park’s “Most Influential” people.  Justin is married to his best friend, Lindsey, and together they have a beautiful little girl named Danika and one furry four-legged “kid” named Brody.  Justin enjoys making connections and being involved in the Winter Park community.
