Don’t miss the opportunity to hear nationally-acclaimed restaurateurs James and Julie Petrakis discuss their entrepreneurial journey when they appear at the Chamber’s Hot Seat Academy on Wednesday, Sept. 23.





Most Central Floridians have enjoyed dining at one of their restaurants, be it The Ravenous Pig, Cask & Larder or the Polite Pig at Disney Springs. 

They will discuss their road to success and how to stay relevant, including during the pandemic. They will also share details about their upcoming new ventures, including the outdoor beer garden at the Ravenous Pig.

This is one of our first significant live events since March. As a bonus, Ravenous Pig boxed lunches will be served with safety precautions in mind, and business networking will be encouraged in a socially-distanced atmosphere. Masks, temperature checks and hand sanitizer upon entry are all required.

The cost for lunch is $15 for Chamber members or $30 for non-chamber members.
