The Victory Cup Initiative provides high-profile opportunities for nonprofit organizations to tell their stories, build their strategies, and partner with business and community leaders in Central Florida. Over the past six years, it has partnered with 61 nonprofit organizations, given away over $300,000, and created a storytelling phenomenon. Join the Victory Cup Initiative’s Founder and Executive Director Ashley Vann alongside Victory Cup Board Member and Director of Business Development with Burr & Forman Karolyn Stewart as they delve into digital storytelling and how a small idea became a game-changer for the nonprofit industry in Central Florida.

Ashley Vann
President of Vann Strategies and Founder of the Victory Cup Initiative

President of Vann Strategies and Founder of the Victory Cup Initiative, Ashley Vann is dedicated to promoting the work of nonprofit organizations in the Central Florida community. Vann's passion for uniting donors with the causes they care about sparked her idea for the inaugural Victory Cup Initiative.
It is her fortitude, leadership and creativity that continue to drive her philanthropic endeavors, and it is because of her devotion, focus and determination to help others succeed that she is a vital part of the community.
As a community steward, Vann is also incredibly passionate about her work with Lift Orlando, Mission Increase, The Praxis Guild-Orlando and the Eatonville Chamber of Commerce. Ashley has been married to Brian Vann for 18 years and is a proud mom to Louise(15), Brian(12), and Layson(9).


Karolyn Stewart
Director of Business Development, Burr & Forman

A strategic thinker and consummate business development and marketing professional, Karolyn is singularly focused on helping the 360 attorneys in 18 offices at Burr & Forman secure new work as the Director of Business Development.
She has over 20 years of business development and experience in a variety of industries including Legal, Financial, A/E/C, Senior Living, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Nonprofit, Professional Organization, Retail, Music, and Agriculture.
When she's not cooking with her daughter or playing Legos with her son, Karolyn enjoys a glass of red wine with her husband and makes the occasional quilt.
