Throwback Thursday Tour

Join Elizabeth Coulter, Dale Montgomery Fellow, for a tour of works featured in the current exhibition “José A. Figueroa: A ‘Transitional Generation.’” This exhibition coincides with the 60th anniversary of the Cuban Revolution (1953-1959) which over time artists have reacted to, recorded, and reflected upon the millions of lives impacted during this period and in the years following. In addition to Figueroa’s documentary photographs, you will see his intimate snapshots of life in Cuba. The Cornell Fine Arts Museum, located on the Rollins College campus, has free admission and is open year-round with works also on view nearby at The Alfond Inn. No reservations or tickets are required for this event. Free parking available on campus and in the SunTrust Garage on Lyman Avenue with a Museum-validated parking stub. The museum is closed on Mondays, during major holidays and for installation of new exhibitions.
