Winter Park Professional Women

Reconnect and network at the Winter Park Professional Women's December luncheon at the Chamber. Lunch will be provided with safety precautions in place. WPPW gives women the opportunity to not only cultivate relationships with peers, but also hear from inspiring speakers on topics including personal branding, business solutions, relevant community issues and sales techniques.

Speaker: Rachna Atwal, MBA, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, Orlando Health Medical Group

As Vice President of Orlando Health and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Orlando Health Medical Group, Rachna has operational oversight of Orlando Health?s medical practices with a particular focus on patient access, clinic workflow optimization and patient experience.

Rachna joined Orlando Health in 2016 as Director of Physician Practices with operational responsibility for the surgical, orthopedic, neuroscience and urology service lines. In 2017, she was named COO of the adult specialty medicine and surgical practices.

Prior to joining the organization, Rachna focused on patient access and experience at Children?s Healthcare of Atlanta, and was director of clinic operations and patient access at Emory Healthcare in Atlanta. Rachna has spent eight years as hospital administrator at Wake Forest Baptist Health. She earned her master of business administration in finance from the University of North Carolina and has achieved Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Wake Forest University.



The cost for lunch is $25 for Chamber members or $35 for non-chamber members.
