  • Google Partner certification (preferred, not required)
  • Meta Blueprint certification (preferred, not required)
  • Prior experience managing ads in the financial services industry a plus
  • Min 3 years' experience (5 years preferred) managing Google Ads, Meta or LinkedIn ads experience with conversion tracking, pixels and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.), deep understanding of bidding strategies and budget management
  • Demonstrable track record of optimizing campaigns to improve CTR, CPC and ROAS
  • Ability to conduct keyword research and build effective ad groups
  • Skilled in writing compelling ad copy and testing variations
  • Ability to collaborate on or direct production ad creatives (graphics and video) when needed (ability to generate creatives a plus)
  • Proficient in A/B testing and data-driven decision making
  • Expertise with landing page optimization and CRO principles
  • Ability to analyze performance data, prepare actionable reports and make strategy adjustments accordingly
  • Up-to-date knowledge of PPC trends, algorithm changes and platform updates
  • Strong communication skills to explain results and recommendations to non-technical clients
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
