About Us

Since 1999, a locally owned intimate Pilates & Gyrotonic studio. We have small Pilates tower group classes of 6 and private instruction. We are the sole Gyrotonic studio in central Florida. We have duets and Gyrokinesis classes. We also offer massage therapy and movement awareness lessons for specific activities. We value quality over quantity and can help you achieve any fitness goals.
