AI is quickly becoming part of how organizations operate, but the challenge for leaders is knowing where it can create real value. In this interactive session, Charlie Render, Director of AI EDGE at the Rick Goings Institute at Rollins College, will draw on his work across the Institute and the Crummer Graduate School of Business to show how AI can be applied across everyday tools, workflows, and more advanced applications. 

Through practical examples and live demonstrations, participants will learn how to identify strong use cases, remove bottlenecks, and better understand what to automate, what to augment, and where human judgment still matters most.

Known for his work at the intersection of data analytics, applied AI, and business strategy, he helps organizations translate emerging technologies into practical systems for growth, operations, and decision-making.
