Inspired by Ilya Kaminsky's Deaf Republic, this talk with Dr. Keri Watson examines the ways in which artists with disabilities have explored war and how art has participated in protesting global conflict. Dr. Keri Watson is an Associate Professor of Art History and Assistant Director of the School of Visual Arts and Design at the University of Central Florida.
