Soirée: A Summer Happening 2024 is a celebration of some of our new favorite things -- healthy living and wellness practices, mocktails and food that help restore us, and pop-up shopping to energize us. Join us for an afternoon of fun, connection and learning from the experts how to replenish our mind and body to be happier and healthier.

Enjoy some “me time” while mingling and networking with other women in your athleisure wear! Be sure to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a gently used handbag to donate to One Purse.

We will have breakouts for a stretch & strengthen session, sound bowl meditation, mat pilates, a nutrition demo and we’ll end with a Mocktail Hour complete with healthy snacks and lots of pop-up shopping!
