Part-Time Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Part-Time Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for managing residential construction projects from start to finish.
While a construction background is preferred, it is not required—we are willing to train the right person with strong organizational and communication skills.

• Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from start to completion
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors for each phase of construction
• Order and ensure timely delivery of all necessary materials
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and the internal team to keep the job on track
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and progress
• Solve day-to-day on-site issues and ensure timelines are met

• Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License
• Must have reliable transportation (you will use your own vehicle for job-related travel)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of construction processes a plus, but not required

• Previous experience in construction, project management, or a similar field
• Knowledge of residential or light commercial construction practices.
